The rules of buying here: who sells, when the contract arises, what happens next.

These terms apply to the Precious Liquors online shop operating at preciousliquors.com. By placing an order the buyer accepts these terms and the privacy policy.
§2. Orders
- The contract of sale is concluded when the buyer receives an e-mail confirming the order and its number.
- Prices in the shop are final. The seller uses the small-business VAT exemption (art. 113 of the Polish VAT Act), so there is no tax inside the price and none on the sales document. Prices exclude delivery, which is shown in the cart before the order is confirmed.
- Availability is stock on hand minus reservations. If an item nevertheless runs out we inform the buyer and refund the missing line.
- The seller may refuse an order where the contact details are plainly false or where the order breaches these terms.
§3. Sale of alcoholic beverages
- We sell only to persons aged 18 and over; the buyer makes a separate declaration to that effect at checkout.
- Goods are released from a duty-paid warehouse; excise duty and VAT are settled before dispatch.
- We ship to European Union countries and the United Kingdom only.
- The courier may require proof of age and refuse delivery to a minor or an intoxicated person. Where a parcel is refused on those grounds, the return cost is borne by the buyer.
§4. Payment and delivery

Orders go to the warehouse once payment is credited. Available payment methods:
- BLIK or payment card (Stripe), in Poland and abroad.
- Ordinary bank transfer to the seller’s account. We show the bank details after checkout and send them by e-mail.
§5. Right of withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. An e-mail to orders@preciousliquors.com is enough. Details, exclusions and the return address are on the Returns and complaints page.
§6. Complaints
The seller is liable for conformity of the goods for 2 years from delivery. Complaints are handled within 14 days of notification.
§7. Personal data
The data controller is the seller named in §1. Processing is described in the privacy policy.
§8. Final provisions
- Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law and consumer protection rules; that choice does not deprive a consumer of the protection of their country of habitual residence.
- Changes to these terms are not retroactive: an order is performed on the terms in force on the day it was placed.
- A consumer may refer a dispute to the regional Trade Inspection authority or to a body listed in the register kept by UOKiK (uokik.gov.pl); the district consumer ombudsman also helps free of charge.
