This edition is their inaugural single cask release. Tasting note: Nose: The fragrance of wood lacquer is combined with the delightful aroma of tropical punch, roasted pistachios, and acacia honey. The scent is further enhanced by the presence of crepes with fruit marmalade. Palate: The initial taste is sweet, reminiscent of dry tropical fruits, particularly mango and banana. As the flavor develops, it becomes more mature, offering hints of dark chocolate and tobacco with a subtle chemical undertone. Finish: The finish is exceptionally long, intense, and characterized by a prominent woody note. The initial bitterness seamlessly transforms into a fragrant and slightly chemical essence. This rum lingers on the palate, providing an enjoyable experience for an extended period of time.
